Q: I Lifted yesterday (Chest muscles/Shoulders) and Today(Biceps/Forarms) I lifted about 2 hours ago and am thinking about going to play basketball with some friends for about an hour and 30 minutes or so.
Would This hurt my muscle growth?
A: To be honest, if you are trying to develop large muscles, you had best limit your cardio (basketball would count as cardio). That is not to say that you can't play at all. It's just that you don't want to burn your calories doing cardio. You want to

Northwestern coach Bill Carmody declined to shed much light on Kevin Coble's stunning decision to forgo his senior season at Northwestern.
"I would just say that recently we've had some discussions and basically he made the decision that he wanted to continue his education and move on," Carmody told the Tribune on Tuesday.
Rather than return to a Wildcats team poised to earn its first NCAA tournament berth in school history, Coble said in a statement that he plans to remain at Northwestern until December to earn his degree in political science. But the man who led the Wildcats in both scoring and rebounding in each of his three seasons will not return to the court for Northwestern.
Coble delivered that news to Carmody in person Tuesday.
"He looked me in the eye and told me," Carmody said. "We had some talks. He's a thoughtful guy and you have to respect it."

Coble missed last season after undergoing surgery on his left foot. He attended nearly every game, sitting on or behind NU's bench, and using crutches to move around.
Coble had not been cleared to play but had been taking part in shooting drills and seemed on pace with his rehabilitation to return in the fall.
"The recovery of my foot is most important and extends far beyond my basketball career," Coble said in a statement released by the school. "I will continue to follow my surgeon's rehabilitation schedule and have been told by my surgeon that I will have a full recovery. I will not be transferring to another school and, with that, will be finishing the last of my classes at Northwestern this fall."
Coble also thanked the school, his fans and now-former teammates.
"There is not a better group of guys than those found on this team and I will miss being on the court with them," he said.
A school spokesman said that Coble did not wish to talk to reporters. A message left for Coble's mother, Carlys, was not immediately returned.
