Fishing Rod Holders
Q: Anyone have plans on how to build some clamp style fishing rod holders for a pontoon boat? I'm going fishing with a couple other people on a borrowed boat and can't drill to attach anything. I need at least 4 so buying them would be out of my budget for
A: If you'll go get some 1 1/2" PVC and say 4 - 45 deg angle fittings and four "C" clamps.
Cut a piece of pipe about 12" and glue on a 45 deg. then cut a piece of pipe about 6" and glue it into the 45 deg.
I would like to install two flush fishing Rod Holders into the sides of by Bayliner 1952 , there are about 2" in dia.
