I like these.
I've tried several different kinds of tire levers and I like these- sort of. They have a sharp enough tip to get underneath most tire beads- many do NOT and are therefore useless for removing a tire. However, perhaps because of this they are prone to breakage when mounting tires, especially if you have a really stubborn tire/ rim combination. I had this problem with Michelin road tires on my Campy wheels. So I use this tire lever for removing the tire and then a Pedro's tire lever (yellow one, unbreakable but too blunt to get underneath the tire bead) for getting that last part of the tire bead onto the rim. Perfect combination! Note that with the right tire/ rim combo, these are the only levers you'll need as long as you're patient and know what you're doing.

terrible quality - DO NOT BUY
Tire levers are tire levers? right? WRONG.
I got this pack a few months ago and dutifully put all 3 of them in my camelback "just in case". I took them out of the cardboard packaging and just put the lot of them into one of the compartments (still connected to each other). Since then, I've ridden over 600 miles and actually (knock on wood) haven't had any flats.
Despite that, all 3 of my tire levers are broken! I noticed that after 2-3 weeks in my bag (which I only use once a week), one of the levers had snapped in the middle! It was just sitting there in the bag, NOT DOING ANYTHING, and it broke! "OK", I figure, "Maybe that's why they sell them in 3's, instead of in pairs -- no big deal, I only need 2 anyway".
Two weeks after that, then another one snapped, I decided that I was done. I would NOT RECOMMEND to a friend, and have been quite disappointed with the quality. I went and bought a 3-pack of some other brand of levers at REI for the same price and haven't had any issues (well, in all fairness, I haven't used those yet either -- but at least they didn't break while sitting in my bag, right?).

Excellent Tire Lever
I belong to a bike club and typically ride 1-2 thousands miles per year. So I get flats. I found the Avenir to be my favorite tire lever. Mostly because the tip of the tire lever is thinner than most other lever. So it make it much easier to get the tire lever between the tire and rim. The disavantage is because they are thinner they may break. But I found the fatter tire lever that don't break, are very hard to use to remove a tire.
