Q: I'm looking for an ATB (all-terrain bike) or MB (mountain bike) with dual suspension and disc brakes. Where can I find a bike with cheap prices and possibly last year's models?
A: I have seen some great deals from places that rent mountain bikes when they sell off the rental stock from the season (usually in Late Fall or Winter). You could also check craigslist.org for your area and talk with local bike shops to see when they
I think it has to do with the size of the lock, but I don't know exactly what it means.

well I recommend the following improvements: new fork. RockShox, Manitou, Marzocchi forks and make great affordable prices, which are a step above entry level. I would go with a derailleur back news. It will provide smoother drive under stress and be more reliable over the long term. another day I would consider would be a set of disc brakes. you can go with cable or hydraulic drives. for cable, I'd go for the Avid BB7 mechanical brakes. for hydraulic systems, I would not go with anyone anything except Hayes HFX 9's. tires can make a difference, but the specialty tires on your bike should be fine. a new headquarters could be an upgrade chip for better comfort. that's about all the updates as a basis for improving the performance of your bike without breaking the bank. Hope this helps
I know they can be switched out, that's not the point. I'm just curious. Almost every road bike and ATB come with quick release wheels. But every single-speed messenger bike doesn't. I'm just wondering what the reason is behind that.
